I've faced some issues for few weeks due to Upgrading of Machines at back-end as they are going to release 4G/5G Services soon. Regarding my experience, I've Opt for BSNL Fiber after using JIO Fiber because in my area JIO Fiber doesn't work properly. Too much downtimes, high latency and fiber cut weekly/monthly although there machine is usually at fault (some sort of Box). BSNL provided me better experience in terms of Before-Sale & After-Sale satisfaction.

So, I think BSNL have improved alot. It's not like old time and looks way more trustworthy than it used to be. Better to get it Opted as it's a lot cheaper than fancy so-called selling Airfibers/Fibers at dumb rates

Slow speeds during evening, huge packet loss while gaming. Their support team is worst. They will close the ticket without any resolution.

I've been using BSNL Since 2010. Copper wire internet connection used to be stable like Fiber but there are more downtimes than Fiber. I could say, there are like 1 hour - 3 hours downtime for 1 time in 1 month or 2 months. BSNL has improved in this factor now.

Gaming, Streaming, Speed is upto mark by BSNL. I've never faced any Higher Latency, Ping issues or Speed down while playing FPS or Gacha Games (Multiplayer).

There customer support is much more reliable and faster than it used to be in back 2010 - 2020. So, there is a lot of change after 2020.
